Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in USD only. Orders will be processed after funds are cleared, which may take up to 10 banking days. Availability of products is not guaranteed until payment clears. A $25 fee applies to returned checks.
Multiple Product Orders
We will attempt to ship all products in your order together. If some items are unavailable, they will be shipped separately as they become available. Shipping charges will be applied as outlined in your purchase receipt.
Order Acceptance Policy
Order confirmation does not signify acceptance. Kava Kauai reserves the right to accept, decline, or adjust order quantities at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products
If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and ship as soon as it becomes available. You may cancel orders prior to shipping. Orders placed by 5:00 PM typically ship the same day; otherwise, they ship the next business day.

We may notify you about promotions and updates, but you can unsubscribe at any time. Cookies are used to enhance your shopping experience. We do not share or sell customer information with anyone.

Returns
Your item must be in its original, unused, unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Consumable items cannot be returned if they are opened. Shipping Policy
We ship within the USA on Tuesdays and Fridays using USPS Ground advantage, Priority, and Priority Express. Standard transit times range from 3–10 days, depending on your shipping choice. International orders use Priority, Priority Express, and First class and may take 7–12 days depending on shipping method. Customs duties and Taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Taxes
Sales tax is automatically applied to orders shipped within our state. For other states, buyers are responsible for applicable taxes.
Typographical Errors
In case of pricing errors, Kava Kauai reserves the right to cancel orders and refund charges made at the incorrect price.
